Apple Announces Terms of iPhone Rebate

Apple on Monday officially announced the rules for its previously-announced $100 store credit for early adopters of the iPhone. Those who purchased iPhones prior to Aug. 22 will receive $100 credit at either Apple Stores or Apple’s Web site.

iPhone owners can visit the Web site, enter their phone number and serial number, at which point they will receive an access code. After entering the access code, the customer will instantly receive their credit. Early adopters are eligible through Nov. 30; users must have activated their phones through AT&T to be eligible for the rebate.
