The NFL RedZone Channel, which debuted this year and features live highlights of every Sunday afternoon NFL game, will appear on mobile phones beginning next year, the Wall Street Journal reported.

It is not certain which carrier or carriers would feature the device, although the NFL currently has a mobile content relationship with Sprint. A mobile feed is also already available, for an extra $100, to subscribers of the DirecTV Sunday Ticket package.

Developed by the league and its NFL Network, the RedZone premium cable channel skips among all games being played on Sunday afternoons, usually joining games in progress when a team is within a few yards of scoring a touchdown.
