Samsung this week announced the release of five new digital cameras. Two of them are mega-zoom compacts, two are super-thin compacts, while the fifth is part of the company's SL-Series.

The 12-megapixel HZ35W sports GPS- which enables geotagging and location display- as well as 720p video and an HDMI output. Along with the HZ30W, which subtracts the GPS, it will be available in March.

The TL110 and TL105, which are 14- and 12-megapixel cameras respectively, will debut in February. Both feature 2.7-inch LCD screens and 720p video.

And the 12-megapixel SL630, featuring a 28mm-equivalent wide-angle lens and 2.7-inch LCD screen, will arrive in March.
