Overall I found the films to come very close to exhibiting the kind of sharpness and depth of color you’d associate with DVD; for example, as found in the bright and primary colors of Pee-Wee’s farm or the sharpness of the black and white of Adam’s Rib. And this on a 56” rear-projection HDTV set. Also, as expected, the video of the Dolphins/HD was superior to the standard-definition films and approached honestly what could be touted as being in high-def.
While I do wish more HD titles were available, let’s give the rental giant credit for providing a way to deliver movies that’s not only cost-effective but doesn’t cut back on quality just for the sake of convenience. All hail Broadband!

yes the a/v quality is very good, the download speed is also ok for me and I can keep multiple movies, some last for one month.
Technically, media stream w/o hard disk, latest movie compression (WMV) of high quality movie, wired/wireless conncetion, these seems new to its field, and would be a trend soon. I also hope free TV can be added on thus I can get rid of cable/sat.
